A consumer can cancel a distance contract within 14 days, and this page says what that means for the two kinds of item in this shop.

Own products are digital. The download is provided immediately after payment. The 14-day right to cancel ends once the download is provided. The same words sit next to the buy button on the product page, so the point is visible before the button is used.

Stripe hosts the payment page. This shop does not add a checkbox there, and it does not treat Stripe's page as if it had collected one.

For a recommended item, cancellation is the seller's rule. The button leaves this shop and opens the seller named on the item. A return goes to that seller, not to Olaf Kupschina.
