Privacy
This page says what happens to personal data when someone reads the shop or pays for an own product, and names the Swiss statute that asks for that account.
The revised Swiss Data Protection Act, the revDSG, has applied since 1 September 2023. It asks who handles personal data, why, who receives it, and in which countries. This page answers those four questions from what the shop actually does.
Who: Olaf Kupschina, Brüelweg 8, 5235 Rüfenach, Switzerland, is the operator. A request goes to olaf@paradaice.info.
Why: the pages are published so people can read what Rose and Olaf recommend and what Olaf sells himself. Mail sent to that address is read so the shop can answer. A payment for an own product is taken so the ZIP can be delivered.
This shop sets no cookies and no analytics. The only script is /share.js. It runs when someone uses Share, opens the device share sheet or copies the link, and sends nothing.
Recipients and countries: Cloudflare hosts the site and may process data outside Switzerland. Stripe processes a payment for an own product and sees the payment data. This shop does not see the card. Stripe may process that payment data outside Switzerland. A product image loads from the seller's own site, which then sees the visitor's IP address, as any site does when a browser asks it for a picture.
A person can ask for access, correction, or deletion by writing to the email above. This is the shop's own notice from facts it knows. It is not a lawyer's opinion.
