These terms say who sells an own product on this shop, what price is charged, and which of the buyer's rights stay in place.

For a product marked “Our own product”, the contract is with Olaf Kupschina. The price is the USD amount shown on the product page and charged by Stripe. After payment the file is one ZIP download. There is no physical shipment. Support is the email on the legal notice. Never send a card number. The license for the file is the LICENSE.txt inside the ZIP.

Mandatory consumer rights of the buyer's country stay intact. Nothing here sets them aside.

The research-data pack is data. It is not investment advice, a trading signal, or a promise about returns. Its own page says the same limits: the archive is a dated snapshot, not a live feed, and it does not include a trading system.

A recommended item is sold by the third party named on the item. The contract, that seller's price, and any cancellation are that seller's. This shop is not the seller. We earn a commission from the seller on recommended items, and every item says so.
