R11: real verifier run

Limited walkthrough from the shipped kit, run 27 October 2026. These are example inputs, not customer work. No agent execution is proved by a receipt.

python3 runner/verify_kit.py --self-test

Unzip with executable permissions preserved, or run chmod +x hooks/pre-commit hooks/commit-msg. Python zipfile extraction does not preserve these permissions; Git then silently ignores hooks. This run restores the shipped executable bits first.
